Background & production
A single grain whisky from Kirin Distillery's Fuji Gotemba Distillery in Shizuoka, one of Japan's leading grain whisky producers.
It combines three styles of grain whisky made by different methods: a light type from column stills, a medium type from batch kettles, and a heavy type from a doubler.
The water is rain and snowmelt from the summit of Mount Fuji, filtered through its geology over many years. Bottled at 46%.
