How to enjoy it

  • Neat
  • With water

Bottled at 46% without chill filtration, so start neat to take in the dense aroma. A few drops of water unfold the dried-fruit sweetness. One to linger over after dinner.

Food pairing

Dark chocolate, fruit cake or blue cheese.

Background & production

From The GlenDronach Distillery near Forgue in the eastern Highlands, whose signature is maturation in Spanish sherry casks — Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso — from Andalucía.

The name 'Revival' marks the revitalisation of the distillery after The BenRiach Distillery Company acquired it in 2008. It is bottled at 46%, non-chill filtered and with no added colouring.
