Background & production

Made at the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee. Released in 1988, it was the distillery's first new whiskey in more than 100 years.

All Tennessee whiskey is filtered through sugar-maple charcoal before ageing (the Lincoln County Process); Gentleman Jack is charcoal-mellowed a second time after maturation, for an even smoother result.

Bottled at 40% ABV.
