Background & production

Made at the Four Roses Distillery in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, owned by Kirin since 2002. The distillery combines two mashbills — one higher in rye (35%) and one lower (20%) — with five proprietary yeast strains to make ten distinct bourbons.

This standard bottling, known as the 'yellow label', blends all ten recipes. It is a Kentucky straight bourbon aged for at least five years.

It is bottled at 40% (80 proof).
