Background & production
Early Times traces its history to 1860 in Kentucky and was long produced by Brown-Forman in Shively, Kentucky. In Japan it is sold by Asahi Breweries, which describes Yellow Label as a long-selling classic bourbon that keeps to tradition.
It is known for its light mouthfeel, sweet aroma and crisp finish, and has been one of the top-selling bourbons in the Japanese market. Bottled at 40%.
