Background & production
Made at Jim Beam's distillery in Clermont, Kentucky. It is named after Baker Beam, a sixth-generation distiller and Jim Beam's grand-nephew; when he retired, his cousin Booker Noe created this bourbon in his honour.
As a single barrel bourbon, each bottle comes from one barrel with no batching, so every barrel is a little different.
It is aged at least 7 years and bottled at 107 proof (53.5% ABV).
