A brilliant highball whisky — soda stretches out the heavy peat. For sipping, add a little water to find the sweetness behind the smoke.

Background & production
Added to the core range of Ardbeg Distillery, on Islay's south coast, in 2020. Along with the Ten, it is one of the few core Ardbegs to carry an age statement.
It is matured for five years in ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at 47.4%. It was created with the aim of making the rawest, smokiest Ardbeg yet.
