Background & production

A brand from Ireland's Walsh Whiskey. It marries aged single pot still and single malt Irish whiskeys, distilled only from malted and unmalted barley — no grain whiskey.

It is inspired by the golden age of 19th-century Irish distilling, when blending pot still and malt whiskeys was the norm. Matured in charred American oak bourbon casks and bottled at 40%.
