How to enjoy it

  • Neat
  • On the rocks
  • Highball

Approachable and fruity, it's simply good neat or on the rocks. As a highball, the pear-like aroma lifts lightly.

Food pairing

Prosciutto with fruit, white fish meunière or a fruit tart.

Background & production

A single malt from Tomatin Distillery in the Highlands, which became the first Scotch distillery owned by a Japanese company when Takara Shuzo and partners bought it in 1986.

The 12 Year Old is matured in traditional Scotch whisky casks along with ex-bourbon and ex-Spanish sherry casks, and is bottled at 43%.
