How to enjoy it

  • Neat
  • On the rocks
  • With water

Fuller than the 12, it rewards slow sipping neat. A splash of water opens up the honey; over ice the spice still comes through nicely.

Food pairing

Roast pork, duck or cheese with dried fruit. After dinner, chocolate or nut cake.

Background & production

Made at the Glenfiddich distillery in Dufftown, Speyside.

Whiskies matured in bourbon, new oak and sherry casks are married in a large oak Solera Vat, inspired by the bodegas of Spain and Portugal, before bottling.

The 15 Year Old is bottled at 40% ABV.
