Nose: Stewed orchard fruit and sherried dried fruit, with polished oak and caramelised nuts.
Palate: Vanilla fudge, pear and blackberry crumble, plenty of baking spice and toffee apple.
Finish: Dry and sweetly spiced, with a pinch of tobacco.
