Background & production
Made at Starward in Port Melbourne, Victoria. The distillery was founded by David Vitale in 2007 and is known for maturing in red wine barrels from local wineries.
Two-Fold is a 'double grain' whisky made from wheat and malted barley. The two spirits are matured separately in Australian red wine barrels that held Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir, then brought together.
It launched in Australia in 2018 and is bottled at 40% ABV.
