Background & production

The core expression of Port Charlotte, Bruichladdich's heavily peated range on Islay, named after the nearby village and its former distillery.

Made from 100% Scottish barley peated to 40ppm, it is distilled slowly in tall, narrow-necked stills for a balanced, heathery barbecue smoke, and is produced, matured and bottled on Islay.

Non-chill filtered, natural colour, bottled at 50%.
