Background & production

A blended malt from Nikka Whisky — made only from malts from several distilleries, with no grain whisky. It combines malt from Nikka's two Japanese distilleries, Yoichi in Hokkaido and Miyagikyo in Miyagi, with malt from Ben Nevis, Nikka's distillery in Scotland.

Because it includes Scotch malt, it does not meet the Japan Spirits & Liqueurs Makers Association's standard for "Japanese whisky."

Bottled at 43% ABV in 700ml bottles.
