Try it neat first to pick out the three casks. At 46%, a few drops of water open up the fruit; it also holds up well on the rocks.

Spiced curries or tandoori chicken. Dried fruit and nuts, too.
Background & production
Made at the distillery in the village of Indri in Haryana's Karnal district. Piccadily Distilleries, long a producer of molasses-based spirits, set up this malt distillery in 2012, equipped with six copper pot stills made in India. The Indri brand was introduced in 2021.
It uses six-row barley grown in Rajasthan. Temperatures swing from around 50°C in summer to near freezing in winter, which is said to speed up maturation in the cask.
The Three Wood combines whisky matured in ex-bourbon, French oak red wine and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration or added colour.
