Background & production
Bulleit is a bourbon that Tom Bulleit began producing in 1987, now owned by Diageo.
Its mash bill of 68% corn, 28% rye and 4% malted barley is unusually rye-heavy for a bourbon. For the 10 Year Old, select barrels are aged for ten years in charred American white oak.
It is bottled at 45.6% ABV (91.2 proof).
