How to enjoy it

  • Neat
  • With water
  • On the rocks

At 50%, sip it neat in small amounts or add water to open it up. On the rocks the balance of fruit and smoke becomes gentler.

Food pairing

Spiced curries, tandoori chicken or dark chocolate.

Background & production

A single malt from Amrut in Bengaluru, southern India. The name 'Fusion' comes from its two barleys: unpeated Indian barley and peated Scottish barley.

Spirit from each is distilled and matured separately in American oak for more than four years, then blended and married in American oak for about three more months. It is non-chill filtered and bottled at 50%.
